Partnership Opportunity for Virtual Airlines

Chudoba Design is pleased to open our rank-based discount program to other virtual airlines. Our goal is to help increase long-term engagement and loyalty among pilots by offering meaningful incentives for their activity.

🔧 How it works:

Discounts are tied to a pilot’s current rank within your VA.
The more active the pilot, the higher the rank—and the higher the discount.
Only verified active pilots are eligible for full discounts. New or inactive users will receive a reduced base discount until they meet the required flight activity (e.g., number of flights, hours flown).
Discounts apply to all custom Chudoba Design sceneries.

📊 Example Discount Structure:

Cadet	10%	5%
Trainee	20%	10%
First Officer	30%	15%
Captain	40%	20%

Note: Each rank should reflect meaningful pilot activity. For example, a pilot must complete at least 4 flights to reach Trainee status, and tens or even hundreds of hours to reach First Officer or Captain rank.

📌 Conditions for participation:

Your VA must provide a visible link to Chudoba Design (crew center / partners category; website).
For VAMSYS-based airlines, an active sharing agreement with ICEva is required.
For non-VAMSYS airlines, any published coupon code must clearly mention ICEva as the origin partner.
A custom agreement must be agreed in advance between Chudoba Design and your VA, including:
- List of covered airports (hubs, destinations)
- Rank structure & activity thresholds
- Code distribution rules
- Airports can be added later if needed

📆 Program Status & Agreement Terms:

All partnerships under this program will be approved until December 31st, 2025.
After this period, Chudoba Design will review the program and confirm further steps.
If continued, the agreement will convert to a rolling 12-month contract, renewable annually.
The agreement may be terminated at any time by either party with a 1-month notice period.
